MentyAI strives to provide you with high-quality AI-powered educational experiences. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines our refund and return options for our educational services.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • A full refund will be granted if you request it within 30 days of purchase.
  • We cannot offer refunds for partially accessed services.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed any content beyond the introductory materials (e.g., demos, service descriptions).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Lifetime access to services cannot be refunded after purchase.
  • Individual modules or sections of services cannot be refunded separately.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@insifloai.com with the following information:

  • The reason for your return
  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your MentyAI account
  • The name of the service or plan you wish to return

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision via email within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Policy for Individual Plans

For our Individual plans as shown in our pricing section, the following specific terms apply:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only provided within the first 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled mid-term, at our discretion.
  • Student credits and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Institution Plans

For our Institution plans (Free, Basic, Premium, Elite, and Enterprise), the following specific terms apply:

  • Quarterly and yearly institution plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
  • Custom Enterprise plans are subject to the specific terms outlined in the contract.
  • Free trials are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for our educational services. However, if you are unhappy with a service you have purchased, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined above.
